I think that a foreclosed can have a major effect on the debtor’s life. Real estate foreclosures can have a 7 to decade negative relation to a applicant’s credit report. The borrower who’s applied for a home loan or just about any loans for that matter, knows that a worse credit rating is, the more challenging it is for any decent loan.
