		<description>Bro, buy a used treadmill and stick it right in the middle of your fucking room. That way you won&#039;t be able to avoid it, and yeah you&#039;ll find a way to avoid the fucking thing in your depression for awhile, but eventually if it&#039;s right in your way you&#039;ll be on the thing once in a while. And with running/walking, all ya gotta do is hit it a couple times regularly and you&#039;ll start to see results. You don&#039;t have to lift weights or any of that shit, walking/running a treadmill with an kind of regularity whittles your ass down. And sticking it right smack dab in the middle of your fucking room ensures some regularity.

Anyway sorry if your weight is the result of some horrible irreversible disease, if so I must sound like a real asshole.
