She needs a good PR campaign to make the public forget her past and revive her career.
Maybe using her celebrity status for a good cause would be a good idea. For instance, Angeline Jolie and Madonna both are known for adopting kids, Woody Harrelson is a big environment dude.
Lohan could support something like the legalization of prostitution. Seems like a natural fit…
